Happy February! We are very excited for a new month at PES with new adventures on the horizon! Please be sure to read our entire newsletter for all of the details and happenings at PES!

Class photos from Strawbridge Photography will be taken on February 12th. Order forms will be emailed and sent home later this week to all families.
The PTO will have a meeting on Monday, February 12th at 6 PM.
We will be celebrating Valentine's Day Spirit Day on 2/14! All students are encouraged to wear their red, white, and pink clothing!
CCPS Teacher and Support Staff of the Year Nominations are open until February 15th! If you wish to nominate any of our amazing teachers or staff members please see the information in our newsletter!
Bookmarks are being sent home this week for the annual ShoreBirds Hit the Books Program! All bookmarks must be returned by February 23rd for free Shorebirds tickets. Please read the full details in the newsletter.

We continue to be thankful and grateful to our PES community for the successful launch of our One School, One Book at PES with "The World According to Humphrey". Humphrey is ready for 2024 at PES, and will continue to be in our classrooms, hallways, and other places! Humphrey has quickly become one of our students' favorite friends to check in on! In this newsletter, we have the letter explaining our OSOB program and the timeline for reading the book both at school and at home with your students. The book is now complete, but we encourage anyone who did not read it to use the resources in the newsletter to catch-up!
Please be sure to download the CCPS App from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store as soon as possible. CCPS and PES are using our App as our main method of communication. It is a hub for news, posts, emails, calls, and more that enables our families to stay up-to-date on all the latest CCPS news.
